Refund policy

At Herboveda, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the necessary details.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed for eligible orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
